Where in the constitution does it say homosexuality is a right? It doesn’t.
You might try reading the 9th Amendment.

Also, the Constitution guarantees certain enumerated rights (and limits the powers of government to curtail them), it does not grant them. As Charlton Heston so eloquently said, "To say that the Constitution "gives" citizens their freedom is like saying that a birth certificate gives humans life or that a property survey gives a building and its grounds their concrete existence."

If you read the comments on the Naval Station page you will have restored faith in humanity. Well, those that aren't bigoted towards homosexuals will. It seems many are individuals in the service or have served, have positive comments.

One of several sailors to claim to have been that guy in the original V-J photo, was my old boss, Bill Swicegood from here in KC. He owned Swicegood, Inc. An advertising art studio that was my first job after high school. He took me in and trained me in the darkroom and photography before, after a few years, I told him I was joining the USAF. Never had a boss so proud when I gave him my notice. He was still alive a few months back (maybe a year, idk) when I last talked to him.
