I'll have you know that I happen to have a very nice sports coat.
However, I have no idea of tailors in Tulsa, so I can't help in that regard.
However, one might peruse the classifieds in the newspaper for seamstresses. I'd bet one of them could help out. Or, check with fabric stores. I'd bet that they could steer you in a direction as well.
I’m having a suit tailored at Lin’s right now (across the road from Woodland Hills mall). I’m supposed to pick it up on Monday so I can let you know how she does after that. I don’t remember seeing fabric at her place so I’m not sure she can make you one or if she just tailors already purchased garments.
