I have needed new gutters for a while . I'm too old and injured to climb 3 stories on a ladder myself. I don't have a problem with leaves or anything clogging them, they are just old like me. Have any of you done new ones lately? Was wondering about vinyl vs metal, seamless ,etc. Also price. I know it will depend on the house , just have no idea and I don't want a bunch of vultures showing up before I know something about it.

My dad & I own & operate a Seamless Guttering business (Seamless Guttering Co.), we are out of Newkirk, OK. But I know we won't go that far from home.
On a single story house with vertical facia, look to be around $4.25 to $5 per linear foot & add $28 to $35 per downspout (depending on the size; 2x3 or 3x4 are standards).
2 story look for a minimum of $6 to $6.50 per foot,
If you have a 3 story roofline, I don't know, I've never done one that high unless I had another roof level below me to work from.
Maybe $9 per foot plus the cost of a lift to get that high.

Have you checked with "Home Advisor" in your particular area. They will put you in contact with reputable businesses in your area.

I paid about $900. My house is not quite 2000 sq. ft., they replaced about 3/4 of the guttering, and just repaired downspouts on the rest so it wasn't a full install. My research suggested you can expect to spend about $1000 to $1400 on an average house. I could find the name for you, but they're in Tulsa

I had seamless gutters installed last summer and it cost me $1200 for my whole house which is 1891 square feet. I have 5 extensions as well. I believe it was $5 a foot. Very happy with the work. So far the gutters have been excellent. The gutters I had before were horrible.
