IMHO the original version was the better one. It is no longer made so will have to find it online somewhere. It is the version with the quad rail upper. Beyond the old version vs new version without the quad rail there is nothing in models. They use AR triggers and pistol grips so there isn't much else needed unless you want to change the flash hider for some reason.
