You need a 3D printer and you could make another one. Maybe check with a Vo-Tech place and see if they would mind making it. It only takes a few measurements and wham-o print it off.

I'd seriously consider the JB-weld or some other epoxy or resin-based product. IME, resins are usually more brittle though.

You could clamp the gun with that grip-end straight up and level, then put tape around it with 1/4" or so sticking up to make a mold (if masking tape won't form-fit well enough, you could use electrical tape).

With some care, you might not even have to do any finish-work. JB-weld (and most other epoxies/resins) will generally level out fairly well when applied quickly (while the mix is fresh).
