That would be one of the mid 90s PC9's. They are quite a bit more expensive then the new model. I have a PC40 and it cost me about $700 off GB and that was the cheapest I could find.
I have the Midwest Industries Handguard on my PCC. I like it much more that the factory one. I put some Magpul Type II covers on it and it is super grippy.
