Thanks to Nikatkimber my final parts order is placed. Picked up the barrel and comp from the link they provided, bought the UTG handguard they recommended as well, and just ordered my Superlative Arms adjustable gas block (clamp on style as I couldn't find if Advantage Ballistic pre-dimples their barrels). Only thing left is the gas tube and I'll get that locally. So here is the final list:

PSA Snek lower
PSA non-Tmark upper
Fostech Echo ARII binary trigger
Tactical Expressions for the following:
don't tread dust cover
(the rest are cerakoted red)
take down pins
mag catch
mag release
bolt catch
forward assist
buffer tube
buffer plate
trigger guard
Magpul MOE adjustable butt stock
Magpul MIAD pistol grip
DSG AR15 Enhanced BCG
Ballistic Advantage Government profile mid gas 16" 5.56 barrel
Kaw Valley Precision linear comp
Superlative Arms Adjustable gas block .750 clamp on style
UTG Pro-Mlok 15" two tone ultra-slim rail hand guard

Misc hardware was bought local (detents, springs, roll pins, etc)

And now I'm just waiting for my handguard to arrive from Opticsplanet. If I had known FedEx would be this damn slow I would have opted for faster shipping. I also ordered some 45 degree offset iron sights from Amazon that will arrive tomorrow as well. Hopefully next weekend I'll get to take it to the range and test it out!

cheap pivot pin install tool. 1/4" clevis pin from Ace hardware

Yeah, but the pivot pin install tool I bought was much cooler! lol Didn't even think about one of those since its been a few moons since I've seen one. Meh, I have the tool now. And just realized my next ar build will be cheaper as I'll have all the tools already.

I somewhat put it together to see how it would look. I don't have the barrel nut torqued, nor is the gas block/gas tube installed. Also don't have the charging handle and bcg install, but you wouldn't see them anyways. I do say I like how it turned out. The only downside is the handguard red is anodized, while the rest of the red is cerakoted, so there is a definite difference between the two.

the beauty of a MSR is that you can customize it any way you want.
