I am gonna say it is JD8. Notice video from 20 hours ago with Arm brace.

Oh yeah, he is shooting into the water. That says a lot.

Edit-- Why is he using his brace as a buttstock? Man this video says so much about this guy. Lets shoot into the water in the country into this ditch as cars are cruising bye to our right.

The way he was fumbling around with the controls, is evident he is not familiar with that platform. Plus doesn't shouldering an "arm brace" make it into a SBR that has to be covered by a class III permit?
Not anymore. ATF has flip-flopped on that and their latest opinion (as of a couple years ago) is that shouldering a pistol brace is not a redesign of the firearm into an NFA regulated item as long as the brace is installed and configured as designed. Any modification to the brace that undermines using it as a brace or improves its functionality as a butt stock would be a redesign and effectively make the gun an SBR.

It’s not worth the risk for me. They can change their mind whenever they want (so much for being a nation of laws). I could see maybe building an AR pistol at some point, but wouldn’t put a brace on it.

Hopefully one day we’ll just repeal the NFA. Pointless archaic law. I’m not holding my breath though.

I didn't know that. The BATF can outlaw the arm brace just as soon as some clown uses one in a school shooting just like the Vegas/bumpstock issue.

His magazine is short a few rounds.
No kidding. Shooting into the water, 50 feet or so away from a well-travelled road, fumbling around like a 16 year old boy on his first trip to the backseat with a gal, using the brace like a buttstock (wait, what is an SBR again?)--is that guy a solid representative of the shooting community, or what?!? Of course one of the resident half-wits will be along shortly to defend Tactical Timmy. I can hardly wait....
