2 barges broken loose on the Arkansas, some concern they are headed towards Lock & Damn 16. Damage if they hit it could be... well... very bad.

Tornado Warning here, looks like it went south of Bartlesville through Ramona, maybe some slight damage, one of the spotters thought he might have seen a brief touchdown, but they are reporting the smell of fresh wood, meaning trees damaged.

At least the river is slowly subsiding at Ark City, KS. Still flooding, but below major level. Should be able to mitigate river levels towards flooded stability and full reservoirs over the weekend provided the rain comes to an end tonight.

Did they ever catch those barges north of Webber?

Edit: Hope they snag em soon

They lowered the gates on Kaw Dam from 4.5' to 4' to help Keystone but now Kaw is building to critical levels with twice as much coming in as is going out. It's at maximum flood stage right now and only 10' from going over the top. It gained over 3' today.
We might get out of our driveway tomorrow. I had to walk out in waders today to meet my buddy so some errands could be ran.

They expect them to arrive at the Lock & Dam in the next few minutes... only time will tell what kind of damage occurs. Conflicting estimates of what may happen. The Lockmaster doesn't think they would do anything but maybe break a couple of gates, while others have predicted a catastrophic failure of the dam.

Took this at some apartments I was at when the storms tore through Tulsa. This was after 10 minutes or so of rain. I had to walk through that to get to my van, was about 6-8" deep.

Northwest of Collinsville, just got out of the storm shelter after an hour and a half. Some big winds, a little hail and lots of rain.
