That’s sucks, hate to hear it. I take it, the zoning allows a business?
I'm highly doubt it as we are in a residential subdivision. I also doubt that the state or city has bothered to check either. In time I'm assuming that they will clamp down on his grower permit at least, since there's no way he's in compliance with the security requirements. His garage basically has it's entire volume filled with two large grow tents. His door is up at least partially a good bit of the time. Most of the time his plants are not seen but sometimes they are. At night it's pretty obvious, and unless he has them on platforms they are a good 7 feet tall.

Got a neighbor that's a grower, a processor and his dispensary is now open for business. The traffic to his house hasn't waned one bit. :pissed:

I'd be surprised if he can afford this for long. Unless he's a point of destination because there's no other dispensaries close.

your kidding right??
You do realize this pot thing id still relatively new and once its more relaxed and overall excepted, like alcohol, which has been a comman thing all of our lives but kills hundreds of thousands of people each year, then no cop will flinch at it and regulations on it are only going down from here on out.
The same is headed in for other criminal justice reform as well.
you should embrace that overall principal as a free American.

Yeah, SMS and JD8 don't have a ****ing clue and they are total naysayer anti's that there is no point at all in debating with facts to them.

Something is wrong with you, I've been with your angry azz every step of the way in terms of rights. What I'm saying isn't "anti," it's pertaining to the logistics of business and how everyone and their dog is jumping in with no idea how to run said business. Couple that with large and well funded and thought out growing operations and you can figure out what will happen when you sober up. Finally, I really don't care if you think this is happening or not, because it is. It's honestly no secret that big money has wanted in this business for some time. Hell, the tobacco companies have had full tilt plans for weed since the 80s, they are just waiting for it to go legal federally.

One thing for sure is get ready for more regulation and control, because said people I spoke of earlier, are already doing stupid shyt like selling out of their house.

He has legit licenses for all 3 and an LLC. Of course all this is recent. He's actually been selling for years with full knowledge of the cops. They won't do anything about it.

He's going to have issues eventually. No Marijuana insurance company would write this, and I guarantee State Farm, Farmers, or AAA or whomever he has on his home would kick him off quick fast in a hurry if they found out. IF he has a claim then he's screwed too I'd wager.
