It started in Enid just after 6 this morning. Thank goodness I mowed yesterday. It's hard to see the rain guage out the kitchen window, but I think we've had right at another inch. It can quit anytime now!

I woke up to thunder, then a few minutes later to my lawn being mowed (the guy mowed about 20-30 minutes on Friday - the first time since May 10).

And of course it started pouring rain after 10-15 minutes, so he left again.

Woke up to thunder as well but we only got about 1/4”. Bad thing was that it was enough to muddy up our road to the range again.
We had our 2019 member appreciation luncheon and swap meet today at 1:00. Cars couldn’t make the road, so attendance was down. Still had good food and saw some nice guns.

Checking in from Springville, Utah. On our way home now. Left Mountain Home, Idaho about 6:30 am and headed for Craters of the Moon. God was good to me and gave us clear skies and pleasant temperatures. The wife and I spent 5 hours there, hiked just over 7 miles of trails, and I took just over 600 photos.

Driving to the Colorado Springs area tomorrow, taking pictures down through Utah to I-70 and across through Glenwood Canyon and then down Highway 24 to the Springs.

Always like spending time in Manitou Springs. It's at the base of Pike's Peak where you hop on the cog railway up the Peak. Just a few miles to the west of Colorado Springs.

Slept with windows open last night which was great. With the humidity knocked down for a few days it will be very nice.

Otherwise I am just trying to keep my mind busy. If I don't keep things going it is a lot harder to deal with.

No check in yesterday due to not having access to a computer. So, this check-in is really late. Made it back to the RV here in Oklahoma this evening. Now to unwind from 3 days of driving. We logged in 6,567 miles since we left home on May the 8th.

New changes on our upcoming job as well. In addition to staring on the 24th instead of the 17th, it also looks like we may be working in Indiana instead of Georgia. Might be cooler than Georgia, and we've not spent any real time in Indiana either.
