This has been going on for a couple of years or more they are lowering the quanity so most people dont know without raiseing the price, because most people dont compare the quanity in a package just the price on it.
On the up side Hostess is putting more white doughnuts in their packaging for a limited time. Woo hoo !!!
Planned obsolescence has hit the new cheese wiz. The nozzle is defective and you can't get the cap back on after about 13 wizzes. They had already reduced the amount of delicious cheese-like food product in the can and now I'm done with them. Done!
Yup, everything in a can went from 16 oz to 14 oz. Toilet paper has a bigger center tube but it has the same outer diameter.
And the Swanson chicken pot pies, used to be pretty good, now there's hardly any good stuff in the middle.
It annoys me what they have done with 20lb bags of charcoal. Now they are 18.6lbs or 15.4lbs! Except Home Depot manages to still get the 20lbs bags on Memorial Day weekend ...
That is one of the reasons I stopped using charcoal.
My grill is gas, my smoker electric.
Both are cheaper to run, no mess, and I can't taste a difference.
