Sold a car a few years ago to Texas direct buyers (or something like that) in Houston 2 hour process from me walking in, inspection, to check in hand.

I went by to talk to them about the process as after my appraisal Friday, they said the paperwork would only take 15 mins. I got tired of waiting 40 minutes past my scheduled time. Not the first time I’ve had issues Joe Cooper, seems thing haven’t changed.
They were going to give me 1k more then carmax.. but at this point it’s not worth it.

I’d just sell it myself, but the craigslist crowd isn’t much better.

If you are willing to take a dealer's offer that is usually less than what it would sell to an individual for, you might try posting it here at that price ( if you haven't already) to see if anyone might be interested.

I don't know if they buy cars from individuals, but if you are wanting a good dealer, Diffee Ford in El Reno is excellent. We've been dealing with them for years and years.
