Hate to tell you this but I have been through this before and it is called an act of nature and his insurance doesn’t have to cover it

An "act of god" typically refers to earthquake, flood, volcanoes or something of the like. Wind, Hail, Tornado, etc... are all typically covered under most homeowners policies.

My policy darn sure covers me for such storm damage. I made sure of that.

All this dang rain has closed my rifle/pistol club range.

About 15 feet of paved road going to the west end of Lake McMurtry undercut and collapsed,,,
This is the only access to the range without making a 45 mile (one way) detour.

Even if one bypassed the collapsed road,,,
The final dirt road to the range has 2-300 feet under water.

I'm starting to go into withdrawal,,,
BB guns in the back yard is all I can do for awhile.

I'm seriously bummed. :cry3:
