Follow the instructions on ice packing the nards afterwards, avoid lifting anything at all heavy, and keep your legs elevated. If your sly, you can milk this out for days, weeks even! The benefits can be very good.

I had mine done, its not that bad, just be ready to be uncomfortable for a while after the meds wear off. Ice packs are your friend, do as was said don't do anything plan on that for about 2 or three days. After about 2 days I went back for work and ended up in a dump truck doing a spring clean up, lucky the truck had a comfy air ride seat but my boss good guy gave me and others strict orders I was NOT to get out and pick anything up, just drive. Just trying to crawl out that truck to get to a bathroom was tough enough. In the end glad I did mine, no worries or surprises anymore, Do make sure you test to make sure it took before doing anything or you may get a surprise 9 months later.
