It is insane that this is even something that needs put out there, everything on there is common sense!! But we do live in a world where a hair dryers come with instructions to not use in the shower!! Stupid seems to be a rapidly expanding malady taking over the world!!

If its just a traffic stop passengers are not part of the investigative detention. The driver is the one stopped. US vs Landeros specifically states that passengers are not required to ID EVEN in stop and ID states (recent ruling). I see the "you are part of the stop" BS all the time on Live PD.
