The US Gov slammed and shut down almost a dozen of the biggest Robo Call centers a week ago. I haven't had one since.

I had somebody call me repeatedly from a number one number different than mine. where my number ends in 08 theirs was 07. Then, somebody text me from that number claiming to be a police officer telling me to leave this woman alone, well I never text or called the number, told him to FO and never heard another word. Called BAPD to see if they had an officer Bat but they did not.

There was a convict calling my home land line (before I had it turned off) trying to get me to accept collect calls and leaving voice messages every day. I never accepted the charges and hung up. After the forth day, he sounded pretty upset that his calls weren’t being answered.
He left his name and I was able to access DOC records online and find where he was incarcerated. It took a few phone calls and transfers to get to a supervisor, but after I did the calls stopped.
