+1 on the small town cops. Minco Oklahoma comes to mind.
Lamont Ok goes through city cops on a regular basis. When you can't make it in the big city's over a population of 2000, you go to Lamont.
Remember, small town cops are bored and revenue starved too. Three more tickets and they get a toaster.

Stay out of Dibble. I was talking to one of their officers not long ago. He said that when the chief was giving him his FTO training he expected speeding tickets to issued no matter what the speed if it was over the posted limit. He went on to say that they had stopped a seventeen year old girl for three mph over the posted limit and the chief had found a single marijuana seed in the floorboard of her car and issued her tickets for the speeding and marijuana possession.
The state will only put it on your record if the ticket is 11+ over the limit. A single seed for possession? I think this is a department that needs checking into by the state.

Yea Dibble ain't no joke if its 65 you better set the cruise at 64. I made a mistake when somebody slowed down to make a turn left so I hopped on the shoulder went around going slow, got tagged, lucky only got a warning. There was a officer that had a lawsuit brought to the chief, he told his officers to go out and make stops find something to pull somebody over, pretty make a quota, they had a number of stops a day they had to do. That officer wasn't going to do that he told the chief its not what we do, we don't force stops or make a reason to pull somebody, its to protect and serve. I live in dibble and have to watch it, more so when I get off work and want to get home, in town watch the limit it goes from 65, to 55 to 45 to 35 in a hurry.
