It seems that there are those who would believe any charge against the NRA and those who would not believe any charge, no matter what evidence might prove.

NRA is like any other organization, it has people, and that usually leads to problems.

Assuming Facts Not In Evidence occurs when premises are based on assumptions rather than something solid. It is very common to claim that there is evidence when what is called, “evidence,” is actually an interpretation of evidence.

Seems to be the fad.

This website has a series of articles concerning the turmoil at the NRA. They seem to be even handed and documented.

But now there's the concern that the law firm is being used like Ackerman/McQueen to cover up payments and benefits made to LaPierre and the inner circle.

The law firm is billing the NRA a significant amount each month for "legal fees". Without an itemized bill being scrutinized by non-inner circle members, you have an opportunity for improprieties.

Bring on the full, independent audit. If everyone is innocent, what's to fear? I have given the NRA a rather sizable sum over many years, with faith that it would be spent responsibly. I'd like to know if that was the case ... then and now.

His bills are, according to attorneys, unreasonably high.
