I have read where Obama gave ISIS funding and arms generously paid for by the American taxpayers and today I read this:

How he can simply walk away and not care what he has done-not just to veterans but the entire country-and he still amazingly has supporters. Note he "only" took 2.6B from veterans and gave 4.5 B to islamic groups. And the veterans were fighting his war under the scourge of Obama's Rules Of Engagement which no doubt cost many their lives, limbs and other problems.
