The Walmart on 6th St in Stillwater sure didn't mind selling me a LE6920 SOCOM not too many years ago. When they cut out their black rifles they also cut out the Versa Max, one of our members got an insane deal on that. At least they didn't chop them up.

I don't like Wal-Mart but they do seem to have a steady stream of 9mm NATO 150 round packs. You won't be finding that anywhere else in Sand Springs, Stillwater or Sapulpa.

I shop at WalMart multiple times a week, own stock in them and Sam Walton is my mom's cousin. You can spend more at other stores for the same Chinese junk that WalMart sells or you can piss your money away. When it gets down to the nitty gritty their business practices are the same as everyone else. Make money. That's what it's all about, making money.

I was told by a Walmart manager that the selection of ammo and sporting goods in general relies on the department manager in part.
I’ve been in Walmart’s that sell tons of shooting supplies including reloading components and presses.
Ours in Ponca City has one 20’ aisle in the superstore of mostly shotgun ammo and junk that nobody buys. Pretty sad.

Heck Mac, I went to get my list of places we were all boycotting to see if Walmart was already on there and I've lost it !! Now I have to start over. Let me see Walmart (check), Dicks (check), well that's all I can remember so far but it'll come back to me.

Cheaper Than Dirt and Nike come to mind. Cheaper Than Dirt mostly for how they jacked prices up to make money after/off of a tragedy (post #19) Nike for rolling over on the Betsy Ross Shoe because Colon Kapernick thought it was racist. Never mind that I didn't think it was; but a disrespectful unemployed slime bag did. And you can't disagree with him, after all, you might be labeled a racist yourself.

I'm not really big on boycotts, at least in an absolute sense. I'm very reluctant to shop at Dick's (and in fact have only been in their store once since they announced they were destroying their AR-15 inventory). I prefer Lowes over Home Depot because of some of the political causes HD supports.

But the truth is, the owners/managers/stockholders of Lowes are probably into some crap I wouldn't be favor of too. So you could be boycotting someone's vice, while supporting someone else's.

That's just me though. I will say that much of the time I would RATHER buy from one place than another, due to political views, but it has to be pretty extreme for me to refuse to buy from them. As far as Walmart, I wish their CEO wasn't soft on an AWB, but I appreciate they aren't caving to pressure to stop firearm/ammo sales. So it's kind of mixed feelings. Otherwise, I like Walmart but I get frustrated by people that shop there. Same thing happens at gun shows sometimes, though.
