I have both, the tattoo was well worth the little bit of pain. I think my artist was amazed, most of the time I sat there and read stuff on my tablet fairly oblivious to what she was doing anyway. She initially said she didn't tend to do longer than 4 hour sessions my first one was about 6 and I would have sat for the full thing to be done in one go if time would have allowed it. Then again a tattoo is a scar with some ink in it.

I don't care what tats you get. I will say, the colors will fade over the years. That bright red will eventually become more dull.
Back in the '90s, I met an Aussie trucker at the local gun shop who had a love affair with American semis (he came to the States every few years to buy them, tear them down, and ship them Down Under, where he'd put them back together and drive/sell them), "triple-foah Mahlins," tank-tops, and tattoos. I'm not particularly a fan of tats, but, damn, he had some spectacular colors in his, including some that he said were over 20 years old. God only knows what was in those inks (he obviously didn't get them Stateside), but those colors were still brilliant.

Im tattooed neck to ankle and multi pierced and if I hadn't been a musician and self employed on the side- a tattoo artist and shop owner myself at one time- I likely would have been mowing lawns for a living or some other manual labor type of job because as popular as they seem these days there is still a stigma attached to having a lot of them and most employers- not all- just cant look past them.

I have a few. There are many more I want but they are just too expensive. I would rather buy more ammo or another gun. I think about the guns I could have if I didn’t get these. Oh well. Can’t take it now!!
