Went gator hunting a couple years back and sent the leather to have boots made. Took a while but finally got my boots back. Lower black portion of the boots is my gator.

I got the remainder of my hide back. Hoping to get some other products made out of it. But gotta find someone who does that.
You might give Aaron Snider a call to visit with him. He does excellent work, however I can't tell you if he is interested in working with gator hide.

I'll take them, LOL. Good looking boots. I have a pair and they are the most comfortable boots I own.
