I was playing around with the website that came from (www.dexterclearance.com) today and they showed a Savage A17 on clearance for $184, one in stock in each Sapulpa, Owasso, Bristow, and two in Skiatook.
I trotted down to the Sapulpa store, and was told they did not have one. So I went to the Owasso store, and they had one but it was not marked down, price tag was $383.
Reliability of the dexterclearance.com site I would conclude then equals.... worth looking into, but not guaranteed.

I was also told this shotgun was not in the store. I asked very very nicely if she would go in the back and look. She was gone a while so I figured she was texting her girlfriend or something killing a little time then would come out and say nope. Well low and behold she came out with the box and said, well my goodness we did have one. Then it was a matter of the price. She wanted $349.00. I said don't ya'll price match between Walmarts? Showed her the other store's price and BINGO.
I have a feeling the lady in the Sapulpa store didn't know. I think they just gave her a key and said go get that guy some ammo, and she may not have known if they had anymore and didn't want to check. No way to be sure.
Never thought about price match. How did you show her the price from another store? I assume they didn't accept what dexterclearance.com was showing?
Had her pull them up on her Walmart computer.

In my experience as a former Wal-mart employee and shopper you need to have them scan it if it is not marked w/the clearance price. Often times they do not get marked with the new price.
