Soft? Buyer's market?

I've heard such, but with what appears to be an influx of socialist refugees from tax heavy states, I can't imagine our housing market is not hot.

A lot of homes in my neighborhood that are for sale aren’t moving so I think things are sluggish. Of course some people think their homes are extra special and price them accordingly.

Entry level homes are hot, anything beyond that is not. Mines been on the market for 40ish days, listed at $345k, Moore Schools, west side of OKC. My father in laws took approximately 9-10 months to sell, listed at $515k, dropped several times, eventually sold at $450, while listed at 480-485.
