I wish you'd said something earlier....haSteel, don't stop with just a reloading bench in the bedroom to beat the heat...set up a shooting bench in there! What made me think of that was when I bought my first house back in the late '70's the screen on a window in the back bedroom was full of little round holes.
I mentioned that to my neighbor not long after I moved in and met him. He said that didn't surprise him because the pre-teen boy who lived in that room used to shoot birds in the back yard with a bb or pellet gun through the screen.
Said he saw him doing that one time and mentioned it to the kid's parents. Parents asked him about it and kid said it was too hot to go outside and shoot them, plus he figured it wouldn't hurt anything since he raised the glass window any time he shot at them. Neighbor didn't know where the issue went from there.
Moral of this story: Steel, open the glass window AND the screen before shooting from inside the house!
