Kinda surprised this thread hasn't lit up. Considering all the talk in the news the last couple days. Sounds like Mrs. Trump is on the don't vape train. So that is more powerful than just about any lobby or congress.
He picks the weirdest things to listen to her about. It could have been one of those private situational things.
Maybe he'll change his mind?

Same rationale as banning guns. If the evidence is there (which it isn't), then we should take some steps. No way in hell Trump has enough information at hand to ban from the marketplace this entire class of product for everyone, everywhere.

But the truth is, facts never stop Trump from overreacting.

Dude he's just banning flavored vape juice like tutty fruity and cherry coke that appeal to kids and what not.

I had a 16 year old in my 8th grade class in middle school. Drove himself to school in an old Caprice or Cutlass or something. Had a mustache and could dunk a basketball.

Of course we didn't have vapes back then. He smoked Black & Milds.

Ask not what Jesus can do for you. Ask what can you do for Jesus.

So is he going to ban cotton candy flavored vodka? How about apple flavored crown royal? Those flavors you just talked about appeal to adults as well. In fact right now I have a fruit loops flavored liquid, a watermelon bubble gum flavored liquid and a blueberry donut flavored liquid. I've not vaped a tobacco flavored liquid since about a month into vaping. In fact a national survey of vapors showed that the variety of flavors kept them from going back to regular cigs. Why smoke a nasty tasting cigarette when you can vape on flavored e-liquid.

Besides, this is just a knee jerk reaction to a media that slanders e-cigs just as much as they do ar-15's. All these people getting sick were vaping THC carts from street dealers instead of from reputable shops. It had nothing to do with flavors.
