That link is confusing. At the top it lists it as 5.56 NATO, then in the description it lists it as .223. Not only that but it has the A2 birdcage permanently attached which limits any upgrades to the gas block, comp/brake/flash suppressor, etc without changing out the whole barrel. I could understand if the barrel was just shy of 16" but they listed the barrel as 16" so no need to pin/weld the birdcage.

My next AR will come from them. All around good people. He will tell you why his rifles rock then tell you what other companies build solid rifles. Good service, a friend was emailing mike the owner about of build and in order to get quicker replies mike gave him his personal cell number. Also very active in supporting our 2 A rights.

He did the same thing to me. I had some issues getting my order shipped and this was during shot show. I posted on AR15.com and mike responded and gave me his number. He was great. He got my order shipped out the next day. Then he sent me a free T-shirt for the trouble because I mentioned I liked the T-shirt he was wearing in a picture. He asked me what size shirt I wear and the next thing I new I had a free shirt. I won’t go anywhere else.

For $1,500 I'd get a BCM. They do sell a 20" barreled A4 style upper, I have one. You can get a complete lower from them and a complete upper, they are really proud of their BCG though, a toolcraft BCG is just as good.
