OK guys got a puzzler for you. While trolling the Facebook Marketplace looking for deals I ran across an ad by someone that has no idea what he is selling, but wants $200 for it anyway. I do not want to buy it just curious what it is.
AC to DC power supply? Perhaps a battery charger?

AC->DC convertor. On the left it says AC Input and on the right it says DC Output. Given the color and age I would say its probably for an old military radio base unit.
