A guy in OKC was running from the police on a motorcycle this afternoon around 5:00p.m..The news 9 helicopter was following him and a person blocked him with their truck.He was a fat guy and didn't look like he was wearing a shirt when he hit the truck.They didn't zoom in but it looked like quite a bit of blood on the pavement.

Seen this live, was wondering if the guy was thinking suicide and changed his mind! It is not like he could not see the truck way before he grabbed to much brake and went down!
The guy that blocked him was not a cop and had it not been for the blocking, the guy could have either been stopped by the police, had his own accident or run out of gas. I'm wondering if the guy that blocked him could be sued? I know anyone can be sued for anything but this guy caused an injury by blocking the motorcycle.
