I watched that whole 40 minutes of stupidity on tv. That guys back tattoo will never be the same!
I thought the same thing after seeing it.
I agree the fella doing the blocking put himself in a tricky situation. We could also argue though that doing what he did may have saved people's lives.

Guy blocking the motorcycle= dumb. He intentionally caused a crash. Plus he intentionally went into oncoming traffic right before that and tried to hit the motorcycle head on. Insurance ain't gonna pay.
I think eluding should be a felony and police should be able to shoot the offender. Hardly a day goes by there’s not a pursuit endangering the lives of both the police and innocent civilians. I hope the guy heals slowly and painfully. The way he rode the bike he looked like a Harley guy on one of his 200 annual mile adventures.

It looked like 3 civilians were first on the scene. I think as we see these long pursuits televised live we will see civilians intervene more often.
