The guy that blocked him was not a cop and had it not been for the blocking, the guy could have either been stopped by the police, had his own accident or run out of gas. I'm wondering if the guy that blocked him could be sued? I know anyone can be sued for anything but this guy caused an injury by blocking the motorcycle.
I thought the same thing after seeing it.

I agree the fella doing the blocking put himself in a tricky situation. We could also argue though that doing what he did may have saved people's lives.

I think eluding should be a felony and police should be able to shoot the offender. Hardly a day goes by there’s not a pursuit endangering the lives of both the police and innocent civilians. I hope the guy heals slowly and painfully. The way he rode the bike he looked like a Harley guy on one of his 200 annual mile adventures.
