News 9 did a segment, part of it was talking to a city attorney of some sort. She said any age may go topless. However, if you take a picture of a topless female below a certain age (16 I think), you are in possession of child pornography. So it's not illegal for a 14 year old girl to be topless in public but taking a picture of same is illegal. BTW, perfectly legal to take and distribute photos online if above age stated in statute. Crazy stuff.

Oklahoma Attorney General Says Laws Regarding Public Nudity Will Not Change

On Monday, Oklahoma AG Mike Hunter released a statement to News On 6 saying that he disagrees with Tulsa's interpretation.

"The Tenth Circuit’s preliminary decision in the Fort Collins case, a case that has now ended without a full adjudication, does not change local and state laws in Oklahoma on the subject. The majority of courts around the country that have examined this issue have upheld traditional public decency and public nudity laws. These courts have recognized that states and political subdivisions have a legitimate interest in prohibiting public nudity as traditionally defined." said Hunter.

Based on Tulsa's interpretation of the 10th circuit court ruling, a few women decided to skate topless in River Parks Sunday evening, surrounded by dozens of spectators and a few protesters. No arrests were made.

News On 6 has reached out to the City of Tulsa, Tulsa Police and the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office to see if this statement from the AG, changes anything.

I thought since we fell under the 10th circuit that it would apply to all states that court has jurisdiction on.

The specific law that was being argued was not our law, it was another one. But now the precedent has been set, which means our law should be struck, amended or is basically just waiting for a legal challenge. The court decision doesn't always automatically apply, as their are subtle differences or nuances that could mean it is a different situation, but in general, right now, we're just waiting for some group to file a challenge and see if the state fights it and argues the point.
