In my travels, I've realized that people all cook their bacon differently. My aunt and uncle prefer theirs underdone, cajun friends like theirs burned black. I like mine crisp on the edges, chewy in the middle. What say you?

how about crispy dipped in pancake batter then on the griddle, then covered with a little butter and a lot of syrup
One time I over baked it in the oven to the point it was black. It was not good but it was still bacon so I ate all of it. 
I have traveled the world (or at least central Oklahoma) and I have found If it has bacon or fried in bacon grease, it’s better.
