Kamala Harris calling for twitter to suspend Trump's account with 65 million followers because he is using the platform to speak to the American public to obstruct justice.

Yep - I laughed at that. They can’t control the message through the liberal media if Trump uses Twitter.

Andrew Yang and others continue to talk about the industrial revolution costing the people in Ohio 10 million jobs in the next 5 years because the Unions aren't strong enough and there will be jobs lost.
For Historical accuracy the industrial revolution started in 1760. The reason the steel industry left the rust belt is because the unions would not allow innovation to save one job. It all moved overseas.
So the dims are advocating going back to the old days?
I guess they don't understand that when technology progresses it creates new jobs. Those that build the machinery and those that operate it. Yes, it requires less manpower but it produces other jobs in the maintenance field that require a higher level of learning, programmers, Schedulers, paper pushers, and so on.
When CNC machine tools came on the scene, you would have thought the world was going to come to an end from the unions and those that ran worn out conventional machines.
Look at our guns now. Right out of the box most are easily capable of MOA accuracy at 100 yards because of improved technology. Everything is consistent and within specs. A $400 AR with good ammo can shoot just as good as a $1000 Weatherby from 30 years ago.

I had to rewind and replay the gun confiscation discussions. These people are idealistic idiots that think citizens will voluntarily comply with an “assault weapons” buy back program. What they don’t understand is that we have the 2nd Amendment to protect the citizens from a government of people like these idiots. Harris wants to ban the import of assault weapons, Warren and Biden want an approach similar to the NFA requirements for machine guns (Registration). The response to the question that handguns are the primary cause of gun violence was priceless - Castro brings up the Dallas police officer shooting and said he is not going to give the police another reason to go door to door. I’m still waiting for an answer to the question.

Anybody that votes for one of these lunatics is living in an alternative universe.

VIOLENT CRIME CONTINUES TO TREND DOWNWARD
By Elizabeth McGuigan

The FBI has released its crime data for 2018 and the news is good. Violent crime dropped 3.3 percent in 2018 compared to 2017. According to the report, a decrease was seen across nearly every type of violent crime.

Looking at a 10-year trend, the numbers of violent crimes were down a full 9 percent from 2009 through 2018. The rate shows a more dramatic drop: “There were an estimated 368.9 violent crimes per 100,000 inhabitants in 2018, a rate that fell 3.9 percent when compared with the 2017 estimated violent crime rate and dropped 14.6 percent from the 2009 estimate.”

Homicides with firearms were down 7 percent from 2017. And in stark contrast to the theatrics of last week’s House Judiciary Committee on banning modern sporting rifles, rifles were again only used in 2 percent of homicides, far less than the share committed with knives (11 percent) or hands and feet (5 percent).

MSR Ownership Up. Crime Down
This chart says it all. Through 2016, there have been over 16 million modern sporting rifles in the hands of law-abiding citizens. Meanwhile, violent crime is declining. The message is clear. Tragic criminal actions must be addressed. Banning certain types of firearms is not the answer.

I guess there was an asterisk on the Dems comments about gun violence - the comments only apply to Democratic controlled cities.
