I'd like to discuss this with you about the system and process if your part of the company that produces them or a provider.
You might want to think about a cochlear implant. It sounds as though you qualify, as the hearing loss has to be 30% or more to get them. They're not a panacea, as the surgery leaves you deaf in the implanted ear, but in my case, with the implant in I can pick up sounds at a nearly normal level. But voices are distorted and they sound like speaking through a very old carbon mike on a telephone. That lessens with time and your brain getting used to things.
