Years ago when we live in Texas there was an old lady who was making sandwiches and selling them on construction sites, they all thought it was chicken salad but it turned out to be rattle snake salad sandwiches.. It made te 10 o clock news years back.. Yes you can eat a moc so long cook it up.. I'd likely want some sort of condiment to cover it with though..

Snakes apparently have a purpose in the evolution of humankind... 1st, Eve ate the forbidden fruit bringing down all of mankind and causing terrible pain during child birth. 2nd, Bill Clinton survived his political career, leading the way for not only his Wife, but all of the Democratic Party to actually believe they are the "Chosen Ones" and having said that feel entitled to lie, cheat and or steal IOT gain what they want, regardless of the 2nd or 3rd Order effects caused by their requirement for immediate gratification. 3rd, and the most famous snake of all............... Michael Strahan for leaving poor Kelly Ripa saddled with Ryan Seacrest for that morning show.
And Oklahoma history. They're pretty prolific here. The various rattlers, and the Copperheads and their cousin the cottonmouths are the venomous ones. We talk a lot about diamondback rattlesnakes and non-venomous coachwhips being the biggest snakes in Oklahoma, but the biggest snake in OK history is Kevin Durant.
