There’s a trap house ten feet off the back porch! I think I’ll stay here for ever.
Deer aren’t moving where I’m sitting.
We never heard any shots anywhere, muzzleloader or waterfowl hunters. We saw one doe when we were leaving the duck hunt.
I saw 8 does and a little 8 point but never heard a ML shot, BUT all hell broke loose at 7:21. It sounded like a war had started amongst the duck hunters.
Not much movement here. Heard lot's of shots but thats usual with all the road hunters we have

Never hunted the refuge, I would imagine there was some steel in the sky lol
It wasn’t just the refuge. There was somebody just north of me that was close enough I could here them giving their dog commands. I actually didn’t know there was water where they were, but I looked it up on google earth and there is. The shooting didn’t seem to bother the deer.
