Well then, you’d better look again. If Oklahoma, the buckle of the Bible Belt, can usher in legal pot the rest of the country isn’t far behind.

Bible Belt! Lol! The Bible Belt pretty much died when the casino’s took root in Oklahoma lol! Pot will be legal here someday soon. Just a matter of time. Lots of new tax money can be made. Doesn’t matter weather I like it or not:bigeye::smash:

As I've said before you cant have your cake and eat it too. Either have your CCW or your MMJ card, not both.
Really? I don't read it like that under the unity bill.

A medical marijuana patient or caregiver licensee shall not be denied the right to own, purchase or possess a firearm, ammunition, or firearm accessories based solely on his or her status as a medical marijuana patient or caregiver licensee. No state or local agency, municipal or county governing authority shall restrict, revoke, suspend or otherwise infringe upon the right of a person to own, purchase or possess a firearm, ammunition, or firearm accessories or any related firearms license or certification based solely on their status as a medical marijuana patient or caregiver licensee.

The biggest issue I see is that OSBI seems to correlate possession of a pot card with possession/use of marijuana. I have a license to fly an airplane...but I haven't done so in a long time. I have a license to talk on a ham radio...haven't done that in a long time, either. I have a pot card, but perhaps I have never possessed or used drugs illegally, so is OSBI making an presumption that I have used/possess pot? Sounds like a fantastic argument in court to me.

Especially if the court orders you tested and no pot is found in your system.
