They said 3-5 business days when I just talked to them.
Also, if you are an idiot like me and order a .224 Valkyrie instead of the .223 upper that you were planning on ordering, they are really nice about changing it for you. :-)
My last shipment from them was earlier this year when I still lived in Oregon. Took about a week to receive.
