Chuck House on 10th & Meridian is my first choice. Ann's is an OKC legend, and very noteworthy.

I haven't tried Kendall’s. Never heard of them before, but enough people on here mentioning it that I'll give it a try.
Kendall's is in noble FYI They don't take credit or debit cards

Mods can close this thread now. Lakeside Grill near the shores of Lake Ponca has these real meat, tenderized in the restaurant, and hand breaded Chicken Fried Steaks. Betcha can't eat the whole thing. :hey3:

What's the name of that meals on wheels delivery thing some restaurants have? Door Dash? U-B-Eats? Grub Hub? I'd sure like to thrung my jaws around that big old chicken fry but dang...Ponca is a heckuva drive for us sad OKC area guys.

To me Kendall's is way over priced for what you get, it looks huge on the plate but its a batter steak, very little meat in it. I've ate there since it opened and its a tourist trap kinda place to me. They run you in then run you out as fast as possible. I'll stop in there once every year or two and eat there chicken fried chicken its way better than the steak to me. Del Rancho is still pretty hard to beat I think for a steak.

I think I like Del Rancho's chicken fried chicken better than their steak.
