Any act of the Legislature can be repealed by another act of the Legislature. They may have to override a veto to do it, but they can do it.
It must go through a more rigorous process the way I understand it and its not as simply as I read it in your earlier post.
Depending on the training and skills of the person carrying the gun if everyone in the park was better protected or not.
