I think Hurts is trying too hard. He obviously isn't used to losing. Oh well, we shall see. I do fear the mullet somewhat though. He likes beating OU...a lot.

I think he is as well!! Maybe he thinks he has something to prove in "his" mind. I think we all would after losing your position to another QB!!

That doesn't even make sense LOL. He came to us, because he had a better chance of succeeding. When's the last time Bama had a Heisman QB? Funny thing, he probably would've saved your rear again if you guys would've treated him halfway decent.

Most people call a National Championship Ring Success. Jalen Hurts Played in 3 National Championship Games.
How many OU QB's have played in NC Games the last 15 years ???

He went to Alabama first to make SURE he got a National Championship ring.
BTW he STAYED and GRADUATED with a degree before Lincoln Riley recruited him to Oklahoma.

Jalen Hurts still has many fans in Alabama and no matter how hard YOU try you can never take all the BAMA and Nick Saban out of him.

Early in the season, Hurts was pulling the ball down and running too quickly, and Riley was trying to get him to trust his receivers and their ability to go get the ball.

It's possible that he may have overachieved just a bit in achieving that goal...
