Try Denny's. To be fair, the "steak" I had at the Denny's in Bryan, TX, wasn't really "bad" bad--it tasted fine, it was just a bit tough. I just wasn't sure if those were grill marks or whip marks, and it was just down the highway from the Texas Equine Hospital...

Cimmaron can't even make a hamburger correctly avoid it at all costs.
I ordered a Medium I got charcoal briquet the wife got the same burnt burger as I did.
No idea how they stay open.
They did our steaks the same way and ordered them medium rare.
They made new steaks for us but it took 25 minutes, everyone else was done eating and it was time to go.
The replacement steaks were also way over cooked. All brown inside and tough on top of that.

Been there 2 times. That is 2 times too many.

I don't know if there is a Coltons in OKC, but if there is and its anything like the one in Muskogee, go for it. It has high prices, crap food, dismal staff. Only time I went our waitress was actually telling us how to go to a steak house down the road and how much better thwy are.
