I always use my pocket knife that is razor sharp anyway lol.Worse steak I have had was at Charleston's on Meridian. Thirtyfive dollar ribeye that was so tuff the knife would barely cut it. I complained and they didn't care.
Now that is bad. What did they do about it?I do not remember the name but it was a little mom & pop place down on SW29th many years ago. I was doing some construction work down that way and putting in a lot of overtime. Crashed in a cheap motel instead of driving all the way home. Went to the dinner on the last day and ordered steak and eggs to celebrate. I could not cut it with a steal knife. Not even sure I scratched it. Asked the waitress if I went and got my skill saw, could she plug it in for me.
