I actually placed this order on Saturday before I left for the Big Show, then ran into the Durkin Tactical booth while there.

On the website, they are $9.99 each:

I got 5 shipped for like $57 and change. I think they were 4/$60 at the show? Or maybe $4/50. Something like that. Plus tax, I'm sure.

So there isn't a lot of info on the site, and it doesn't say they are nitride finish, but they sure feel like it to me. Nice deep black, smooth and slick, much nicer than the phosphated finish on most of my mil-spec ones. These are very nice and I'd have to recommend them for now very strongly. I do have one of the expensive ones, and I'll never pay that price again. These things are nice, and for $10, you can't freaking beat them.

I ordered Sat morning, they arrived at my home Wednesday afternoon. And that was the weekend of the Big Show, so I am sure most of their employees were in Tulsa.

I give a big thumbs' up to Durkin for handling a small order. I'm going to look now and see if there's anything else on their site I could use.

They seem solid enough to me, but the true test is just to use them. And I'm not out playing in the sandbox, so I doubt I'll ever be able to give a 'torture test' kind of report. But hell, having a couple of extra on hand for a failure is simple insurance at this price.
