That was MY mistake. My sister's kids were born first.
My first grand child (girl) called me big Daddy until we started having more grandkids and they all call me Papa so she switch to that I guess to prevent confusion.
Don't forget the EXTRA batteries for said noisy toys...
We have a toy room in our house and once when my granddaughter was three her dad brought her over and she immediately ran and got an arm load of toys and brought them in the living room. Her dad said don't start bringing a bunch of toys in here and she looked at him and said Papa's house Papa's rules. And that pretty much defines what being a grandpa is all about

I always told her that she should finish school before having children.
When her and boyfriend left, he told her to go ahead to the car and then proceeded to ask my permission to marry her.
I told him yes and told him that he really makes her happy.
He then promised me that she'd finish school(nursing).
It got real dusty in there when they left...
