Nobody expected a docket to tell you this. It WILL tell how many times "defendant not present bench warrant issued" all because they were too lazy to show up to court. as far as traffic tickets are concerned there is not even a need to show up. I got a speeding ticket in Caney along with a "failure to carry security verification" because mine was expired.
When i got home i faxed the insurance to the clerk, got that ticket dropped and got my 83 in a 65 ticket reduced to 1-10 over. I mailed them a check and everything was good after a simple fax and phone call.
There is zero reason to let a "BS parking ticket" escalate that far. I got a bs ticket in a small town that was for registration because the idiot didnt know how to read the paper tag i had in my window. The month was in the day spot and the day was in the month spot tag was issued like 2-3-2003 which was actually march 2nd 2003 but the idiot said "no it was given in february thats what the 2 means" so i just signed the ticket. Showed up to court with the paper tag and made him look like a complete moron right in front of everyone. Ticket was dropped and he had to apologize to me in front of everyone.
If its truly a bs ticket it'll get cleared at zero cost.

Anyone too stupid to make an appearance probably too stupid to raise children. Love how they FTA then wail and cry over bench warrant service. Most courts will work payment plan. Courts here offer ridiculous long repayment schedules

Something you seem to grasp. You were asked for the docket number so it could be verified, you responded with stating it wont tell you "these details". Well, the details surrounding that case are the ones he is looking for, and it will provide those and those are the ones he is seeking.
If "these details" are in reference to some jackass losing their kids and job, then no. Dont reference something vaguely then claim it is in reference to something else when your ******** hand is called.
