Looks like rain all weekend not sure how they will react to that
I have a wall hanger shot during a pouring rain. Overall a pouring rain is the time to put on the rain gear and slowly stalk the woods to walk one up.
I'm a lot more motivated to stay out in the rain when it's closer to mid November than it is early December.
We are 5 miles apart. Amazing how one area can be so different in the way deer are acting.
I was sitting in relatively heavy timber, maybe that was the difference.

My boy got a nice buck on opening morning of rifle but took him with a crossbow. The deer have been moving like crazy. I switched stands that morning because I really wanted to hunt the stand he was going to be in and man am I glad I did. I would have been happy to harvest that buck but it’s so much better my son got to do it.
