With all the new OLAP land now, the real problem seems to be that people aren’t willing to drive a bit to hunt. My son has scouted out a couple places in Woods county that are really nice (he didn’t see anyone else on either place), and he’s bringing a coworker up to hunt one of them next week.
As most here know, we’re driving over 500 miles one way to hunt, so I don’t have much sympathy for folks that won’t at least drive an hour or two.

A lot of the OLAP properties I've been on are pretty solid for small game, dove, and waterfowl, but not enough cover to really hold any deer. There are some exceptions of course, but I'll keep those to myself
One of the better ones has converted to a Wildlife Viewing only status. Now that we can't hunt it, I'll say it....... the bigger one in Orlando. I guess you could go look at deer there and not shoot them, lol. There was some nice deer moving through there. It was a good spot to shoot doves too.

Saw four more doe and then had to go feed the boy. Good buck coming in at 5pm the last three evenings too, we won't be there.............Going back in 30 min with 20 coon cuffs though.
Mine is 425 miles one way. So retrieverman has me beat, but not by much LOL.
Of course I have family in Stillwater and Edmond, so my trips can always serve the dual purpose of seeing parents/grandparents.
