I agree that you can have and express your own opinion. You didn't see me suggesting otherwise or suggesting the post be closed. Carry on as you wish, no apology needed.
Just my opinion that some posts are shut down for further discussion when the moderator is sensitive to the topic or has a differing opinion than majority of members posting.

Right. Pretty convenient they were ready to record instead of trying to stop the attacker or run to safety. Seems to me they knew they were safe and might have had advance knowledge of the attack.

Don't bore me with a comeback of we train lots of military from all over the world. I participated in some of that because their country's didn't have the knowledge or money to train, but that doesn't deter from my statement about Saudi Arabia having plenty of money to do it there.

THey have so much money that they outsource a HUGE portion of their work force. If you meet a guy on the street at lunch that looks like he would be a blue collar guy, he is usually NOT a Saudi. He's more likely to be a worker from a far less wealthy Muslim country
As a consequesnce of having all that money, many Saudi's have become lazy. Any Saudi you see that is a pilot comes from a wealthy family.

Fair enough. Anytime I lock a thread, anyone is free to PM me to discuss it. I hope I am not guilty of doing so just because I might have a different opinion, If I am, just let me know. I’ve been known to listen and even change my mind on occasion.

And PMs are PRIVATE discussions too. A good way to vent, express anger or displeasure without being in an open forum.

The shooter wrote a manifesto and posted it to Twitter then went on his rampage while the rest of his cadre calmly filmed it with their phones.
America just got attacked once more by the Saudi’s resulting once more in the loss of American lives.
You can bet those videos will appear online in the Middle East before long. I’m sure they were sent unless the base jams cell signals.

We used to only train Nato allies on Amrican bases.
I'm not sure when we started training Saudis. There's a little tiff going on right now in Washington about the arms we're selling them. They're good customers, but they could be better according to some guy up there.

Now the news is reporting the shooter held a dinner party the night before. For entertainment they watched videos of mass shootings.
